This beautiful Glenglassaugh Peated Virgin Oak Wood Finish single malt is one of four whiskies that make up the distilleries debut “wood finished” range. This one was created from peated spirit that was then matured in virgin American Oak casks. The results are rich, relatively sweet whisky that combines vanilla, sherbet and candied apples with gentle peat smoke and hints of sea salt. It’s an expertly crafted whisky that is well worth adding to your collection.
