This Glenglassaugh Pedro Ximenez finish whisky is an exciting expression that makes up part of the distillery’s “Wood Finishes” series. Originally aged in bourbon casks, the whisky was then transferred to the best sherry wood the distillery managers could get their hands on for a finishing period of up to 2 years. Sweet and fruity with a richness and range of spices coming in from the sherry finish, this is a truly intriguing expression.
