This delicious single cask rum was distilled at Guyana’s Diamond distillery in 2011 and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for around 9 years before being bottle by Or Sileis in 2020. It’s a cask strength bottling that is incredibly smooth and well-balanced, bringing the perfect combination of sweet, sticky notes and gentle spices that build as you sip. As a single cask Rum, only 248 bottles were produced, making it highly collectible. If you like rum, this is a must try bottling.
