A delightful Islay 8 Year Old ‘Dinosaur’ bottled by Three Rivers independent bottling company in Tokyo. This single malt release has to be seen as one of the sought after in the industry. It’s a young whisky, at just 8 Years Old, but that doesn’t mean it’s not full of flavour and this has to come down to the quality of the cask that is was aged in.

An interesting Mannochmore 27 Year Old by Three Rivers indie bottling company. If you've not heard of the distillery before, don't worry, not many have. It's a small operation close to Elgin in Speyside that runs on steam (really classy!). They don't produce a whole lot of spirit every year so getting your hands on a 27 Year Old is a real coup.

The Whisky Agency have released a series of delightful single-malts over the years and this one, from the Jura distillery, is no different. The deep, dark colour of this whisky could easily fool you into thinking it was matured in an ex-Sherry cask, but it was actually an ex-bourbon hogshead cask that held this beauty for 23 years. A rarity that is hard to come by today, but we have secured some for whisky lovers the world over.

The Unknown is a mystical release from The Whisky Agency that comes from an unspecified Islay distillery. What we do know is that it has been aged for 8 years in an ex-bourbon hogshead cask, eventually being bottled in 2015, and it holds a great depth of flavour for such a young bottle. The fact that we don't know exactly where this spirit was produced simply adds to the journey of this little dram.
