One of four bottles in Hard to Find Whisky’s ‘Casino Series’. All four bottles in this series are Tobermory 21 Year Old single malts that have individually been finished in different cask types. This #Blackjack bottling was finished in a heavily peated ex-Islay cask that has resulted in lovely undertones of peat smoke throughout. These combine fantastically well with hints of citrus fruits, zest, butterscotch and freshly cut grass to create a well-balanced and generally delicious dram. Only 117 bottles of this cask strength single malt were produced. The ideal gift for any fan of Tobermory or Islay whisky.

As with almost all Macallan releases, the whisky inside this bottle is of premium quality, and we’re not just saying that, it really is outstanding. It was created at the Macallan distillery in 1990 before being hand-selected by Hunter Laing, one of Scotland’s most prominent bottlers, for their hugely popular “Old & Rare – A Platinum Selection” series. Both the distillery and the bottler have a reputation for only producing the best and this fine whisky definitely fits into that category. It was bottled at a cask strength of 50.3% and with only 212 bottles produced it’s as honest and rare a Macallan as you will find anywhere.
