Savanna Sherry Finish Rum Nation bottling 100% tropically aged at the Jamaican Distillery. The island has alternating intense rainfalls and sunshine that facilitate the growth of some of the best sugarcane in the world. The distillery is particularly modern and it likes to experiment a lot with different styles of distillation (from molasses or whole sugarcane) and maturation (mainly with cognac and sherry casks) and you know how much we love a bit of experimentation! This bottle was distilled in 2007 and was bottled this 2017.
