This delightful Aberfeldy 1966 was distilled in Speyside before being bottled by Gordon & MacPhail and released as part of their Connoisseurs Choice range, which is popular among collectors.

Aberlour 21 Year is a Whisky Foundation Exclusive! From the ace Aberlour distillery comes a 21 year old single cask single malt, distilled in November 1994 and bottled in May 2016 after a Pedro Ximenez finish. It was bottled by The Maltman, with 282 bottles produced. No color added and no-chill filtered.

This Aultmore 10 Year Old is a cask strength single cask whisky that was matured in an ex-bourbon cask before being bottled by Liquid Treasures for their Artist Edition series. Benrinnes 18 Year, this lovely Benrinnes single malt has been triple matured 17 years in a bourbon cask, before spending 6 months in ruby port wood followed by a third and final maturation period in the finest Pedro Ximinez cask. It is natural in colour and has no chill-filtration. The nose has some sweet barley. The palate has toffee and hints of dark chocolate, christmas cake, treacle and figs. The finish is warming and smooth with some marzipan and sweet smoke.

Dailuaine 18 Year, a smooth textured, sweet and delightfully rich single malt with balancing fresh acidity and saltiness and warming herbal and drying finish. A rare Dailuaine released by Wilson & Morgan in 2016 after maturing for over 18 years. It was bottled at cask strength 53.50%. Dailuaine is becoming more difficult to find, get a well-aged bottle while it lasts.

Glen Grant 37 Year, dried fruit aromas abound with prevailing orange peel and coffee grounds. The palate gives rich bursts of citrus as the flavours swell to give teasing performances from the fruit, nut and coffee sections. This is as graceful a classic old Speysider as one is likely to find and remarkably lively given its 37 years in the oak.
Glen Grant 46 Year, distilled at the Glen Grant distillery in 1967, this bottle has been aging for a period of 46 years which is extraordinary even for well-aged whisky standards. It was finally bottled in 2013. Spending almost half a decade in sherry hogshead surroundings has created a deep and wonderfully balanced whisky. This is bottle 45 of only 169. Bottled at cask strength, 50.50%.

Glenfarclas Family Cask 40 Year, only one of 473 bottles of this well-aged Glenfarclas whisky! Distilled in 1971, then bottled in 2011 by Silver Seal. Rich amber colour, sherry, cherries, small red fruits. Hints of wood, wax and sultanas. Full bodied and creamy. Sweet with sherry, red fruits, sultanas, wood. Long, dry and spicy, very complex and well balance. A winter warmer or to be paired with foie gras, blue cheese such a stilton, game such as venison, panna cotta or chocolate with high acidity.
Glenfiddich 30 year very rare release, this beautiful 30 Year Old from the Glenfiddich distillery has been matured in sherry cask to add an expansive depth of flavor to this bottle. Notes of orange peel, chocolate, fruitcake and vanilla are rounded off perfectly with a nice kick of spice. This single-malt is rich and sweet while managing to maintain a balance that makes it smooth and easy to drink.
