A delicious and inspire Mortlach 27 Year Old that has just been released solely for the Taiwanese market. Distilled at the famous Speyside distillery in 1987 and bottled in 2017. The whisky has an incredible dark reddish colour the flavours inside are bursting with hints of sherried fruits, soft oak, dark chocolate and ground coffee, with subtle spices coming to the fore towards the finish. The whisky comes packaged in a smart wooden box that doubles as a display case. It’s a well accomplished dram that is very hard to get your hands on outside of Taiwan. Rare and delicious, what more could you want?
