This excellent Aird Mhor 10 Year Old is a single cask whisky distilled at the popular Highland distillery and matured in a cask that previously held spirit from Islay’s famous Laphroaig distillery. The cask has imparted light smoky notes and hints of fresh sea breeze onto the otherwise sweet, floral and relatively light spirit. It’s a match made in heaven.
This bottle was released specifically for the Japanese market, and the label features a well-known character from the famous ‘Devilman’ saga. Limited to just 252 bottles, this is a rare and beautiful indie bottling.
