This stunning Caol Ila 17 Year Old was distilled in 2001 and matured in a single bourbon barrel before being bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2019. It brings a delicious and complex array of notes to the table including soft citrus, freshly sliced apples, subtle peat smoke, oak and much more. As a single cask whisky, quantities are highly limited.
