Description
This Dalmore 15 Year Old is a delicious expression from the world famous distillery that has been updated in recent times. This particular expression used to be matured solely in sherry wood, however today it is matured in a combination of American oak casks and three different types of sherry cask, resulting in a more rounded flavour with greater depth than previously. Salted nuts, vanilla, sweet honey, figs and spiced dried fruits are just a few of the notes on offer in this beauty. One that’s we’d highly recommend getting your hands on.

Invergordon belongs to White & Mackay of North Scotland Grain distillery. Japanese Whisk-e company bottled its grain whisky – and we’ve managed to grab a few for Whisky Foundation customers around the world.
This excellent Royal Brackla single malt was created at the Highland distillery in 2001 and matured in a sherry hogshead cask for 17 years before being bottle by Carn Mor for their brilliant ‘Celebration of the Cask’ series. It’s a rare and delicious single malt of which only 177 bottles were produced.
Blackadder
This Black Snake Second Venom is a blended whisky from indie bottler Blackadder. It was created using the Spanish Solera system, resulting in a smooth and somewhat complex blend. Well worth a try!
