The Glenfarclas Distillery has been producing top quality single malt whiskies for decades now and their single cask releases are particularly sought after thanks to their unique flavour profiles and limited nature. This single cask expression was distilled all the way back in 1990 and matured in a sherry cask until February 2016, giving it a deep, dark colour and a complex flavour profile that will take several drams to fully explore.
