A truly superb blended whisky, this Ballantine’s 30 Year Old has picked up a number of prestigious awards for its excellence. This Glen Grant 21 Year Old was distilled in the Scottish Highlands and released in the 1980s as part of the distillery’s Director’s Reserve series. It brings together floral and fruity notes with lots of spiced oak in the background. This whisky has not been in production for many years now and is very hard […]

This small batch Linkwood 1984 was distilled in the Speyside region and matured in sherry butts for around 11 years before being bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2005. It brings distinct notes of sherried fruits, sticky toffee, ripe banana, orange zest and gentle spices. With only 1,200 bottles produced, it’s a rare and collectable release […]
Collectible Whisky
This Dalmore King Alexander III was created by legendary Master Distiller, Richard Paterson, who used a range of differently aged malts matured in French wine casks, Madeira drums, sherry butts, Marsala barrels, port pipes and bourbon barrels. This has resulted in a truly complex and deep dram, but one that is also well-balanced and smooth. This […]

This Glen Garioch 27 Year Old was distilled at the famous Highland distillery in 1990 and matured in a bourbon barrel before being bottled by Carn Mor for their Celebration of the Cask series in 2017. This Williamson 6 Year Old is a single cask ‘teaspooned’ blended whisky. This means that the vast majority of the whisky comes from ones distillery, with only a tiny portion coming from another. In this instance, the smaller portion comes from an incredibly famous distillery in Port Ellen, Islay, while the larger portion comes from […]

This stunning single cask expression was distilled at Islay’s famous Bruichladdich distillery in 2007 and matured in a single bourbon barrel for 12 years before being bottled by Japanese indie bottler, Shinanoya, in 2020. It was released to mark the 10th anniversary of Bar Laddie and with only 221 cask strength bottles produced, it won’t […]

Asta Morris 23 Year Old, from the Blair Athol distillery in Scotland. Need we say more? This is wonderful stuff that any collector of Asta Morris should have in their drinking cabinet! Bottled for Gaia Flow for Japan only release (but we’ve managed to nab some for our whisky drinkers around the world!).
This excellent Royal Brackla single malt was created at the Highland distillery in 2001 and matured in a sherry hogshead cask for 17 years before being bottle by Carn Mor for their brilliant ‘Celebration of the Cask’ series. It’s a rare and delicious single malt of which only 177 bottles were produced.
