This brilliant Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask Albert Watson is a 2017 limited edition release that was matured in both European and American oak casks and brings a delightful array of notes on the nose, palate and finish. It’s smooth and fruity on the nose, with richer sherried flavours coming through on the palate, before a long, rich and oaky finish. This Glen Moray 11 Year Old is a single cask release distilled in 2008 and aged in a first-fill bourbon barrel before being bottled by A.D. Rattray in 2020.
