The Macallan Terra is a member of the sought after Quest Collection that was released exclusively for travel retail. The Collection culminates in this astounding dram that showcases all of the best traits of a sherry matured Macallan whisky. First-fill sherry casks sourced from the finest cooperage in Jerez, Spain, were used for this one and they’ve given the spirit a rich, creamy and flavour packed character. An absolutely masterful creation.

This limited edition single malt expression was distilled at an unknown Islay distillery in 2007 and aged in an ex-bourbon barrel for 8 years before being bottled by Shinanoya for Bar Redrose. It’s a single cask release of which only 90 bottles were produced.
