This Macallan Sienna is the third member of the 1824 Series (not to be confused with the 1824 Collection). The series highlights the masterful distillery’s dedication to creating whisky with completely natural colour and takes you on a journey from lighter citrus notes to rich dried fruits from first bottle to last. Each bottle has been matured in 100% sherry wood. As the third bottle in the series, the Sienna showcases a real depth of colour and is packing with flavours of chocolate orange, rich oak, dates, figs and sherried raisins, with subtle spices playing on your nose and palate in the background. A delicious whisky with a fantastic colour and some obvious influence from the top quality sherry wood.
