Description
This gorgeous limited edition Macduff was distilled in the Scottish Highlands in 2006 and matured in a single bourbon barrel for 14 years before being bottled and released by Whisky Taste in 2020. It was released to celebrate the launch of Oriental Heroes – one of the most famous comic books in Hong Kong created, by Wong Yuk-long in 1970. The labelling features stunning of a hero in the crouching tiger pose, with a tiger similarly positioned behind him. It’s a truly visually stunning bottle that comes with a beautiful box and booklet explaining the whiskies origins. This is one that will really shine in even the most impressive whisky cabinet and with only 233 bottles released, it’s highly collectable.
