This beautiful Glenglassaugh Port Wood Finish single malt is one of four whiskies that make up the distilleries debut “wood finished” range. This one was matured in ruby port pipes that have imparted rich, fruity flavours onto the earthy, slightly maritime spirit. This results in a complex single malt that has plenty to explore, including blueberries, crushed mint, rich toffee, gentle sea salt and hints of orange peel.
