The Macallan Edition No.3 is all about fragrance and flavour. It was created in conjunction with Roja Dove, a legendary ‘nose’ in the perfume industry, and the results are superb. Made from whisky matured in six different cask types, it brings a huge array of intriguing and compelling notes to your nose and palate, with vanilla, orange zest and candied peels mixing with dark fruits and milk chocolate in seamless fashion. This bottle is the third release in the Speyside distillery’s limited ‘Edition Series’ and it’s becoming rarer by the day.

This delicious Caol Ila whisky was distilled on Islay and matured for 8 years before bottling for the Japanese market. It is a single cask release that brings citrus fruits, freshly cut grass, building peat smoke and hints of vanilla throughout. It’s an outstanding expression that any fan of Islay whisky will adore.
This limited edition single malt expression was distilled at an unknown Islay distillery in 2007 and aged in an ex-bourbon barrel for 8 years before being bottled by Shinanoya for Bar Redrose. It’s a single cask release of which only 90 bottles were produced.
