Asta Morris released the Soul Gin or Tamashi Gin produced from a recipe made by Bert Bruyneel. Created to mature in a cask for seven months up to more than two years, and the maturation greatly changes the gin.
Soul Gin creates a rich and spicy element, with a fine floral character, with the alcohol strength is 46% abv.
This is only available in Japan and HongKong. It can be tasted in Europe at the Jane restaurant, based in Antwerp (Belgium). Wider availability in Europe since 2018.
