Chivas Regal released a limited edition in a miniature bottle, the Chivas Mizunara aged 12 year old.  The blended Scotch whisky was originally designed by legendary master blender and distiller Colin Scott as a tribute from Scotland dedicated to delicate taste of Japanese whisky makers and drinkers.  Chivas Mizunara is the world’s first blended Scotch whisky selectively finished in Japanese Mizunara oak casks, giving an authentic complexity, which is incredibly rare in the whisky world.

This warm amber whisky have a blend of malt and grain that matured in Mizunara oak casks. You’ll feel the balance of essences of spices that will bring you to a rich and fruity, pear and orange notes, creamy vanilla, sweet toffee, with a subtle nuttiness. Floral sweet and smooth taste of pear with a honey sweetness and orange confectionery and hints of licorice, with a touch of Mizunara spice finish.
