This stunning Islay 25 Year Old whisky was distilled at an ‘unknown’ distillery before being specially selected and bottled by hugely popular indie bottler, That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The label highlights the hidden nature of the distillery, displaying a question mark surrounded by tasting notes. For the eagle-eyed, there are a couple of clues on the bottle that point to which distillery this whisky came from. Firstly it is said to be smoky, highlighting a heavy peat influence. Secondly, the dot under the question mark is a dog’s head, so if you know which distillery has a dog as their mascot, you’ll know where this whisky came from.

This brilliant expression has already picked up a couple of awards, including a Gold Medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition.
