Established the Black Isle Whisky Company and started bottling whisky in 2013, changed its name to Dornoch Distilling Company in 2015, and inaugurated Dornoch Distillery in 2016. Under their management, the Thompson Bros brand is maintained at the Dornoch Distillery. Thompson Bros are renowned for being transparent about their whiskies’ age, origin, and type of cask.
